John started his career at Ernst & Young in 1986. His ten years of experience at E&Y included 3 years in auditing and 7 years in the Audit Staffing Division - the last 3 years as an Assistant Director.

After E&Y, John leveraged his experience into the permanent placement industry. He has been in this field since 1996. John's primary focus includes audit, accounting, finance and operations.

John graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Accounting.

Jim is one of the founding Partners of the Sinon Group. His primary focus is recruiting for asset management firms such as Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds as well as Investment Banks. He has extensive experience recruiting Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Operations Personnel and middle office people.

Jim began his professional career in 1988 where he spent 5 years as a sales representative. In 1994 Jim ventured to Wall Street as a Government Bond Broker. He began his recruiting career in 2000.

Jim has a BA in Marketing from Fairfield University and an MS in Counseling Psychology from Manhattan College.
